Post-gym Cravings

When I first start hitting the gym, I used to have this stupid idea of mine. Maybe it was just me… But when I look back, I felt the idea is kinda stupid.

Despite of my post-gym craving, the answer is obviously a big “NO”. There’s a recent study at the University of Chile saying that people who does exercised  three times a week for 90 days had twice the levels of an appetite-suppressing protein in their blood than non-exercisers and consumed 300 fewer calories in a day.

But I think a lot of us think ” Owh, I need to refuel. I work-out hard today.”

Uhh, that is so lame. I would called that a so called super-intense exercise session. Why? Because I have been there. So, never ever make it a habit to grab a snack bar or junk after your workout  unless you did a super intense workout on an empty stomach, but then again super intense workout is not what you think your super intense workout yea… If not, just wait until hunger kicks in before you start noshing or refueling.
