No wonder all of us are playing the heavy and even Hollywood’s elite has a risk of getting bigger these days. Portions are out of control. When it debuted in 1908, the original Hershey candy bar was only 0.6 ounces. Now the bar is 8 ounces.
And 20 years ago, a bagel was three inches in diameter and 140 calories. Now it’s 350 calories! Unbelievable!
