You know chugging soft drinks packs on kilos, but it may have an even more serious consequence.
A new study from Loyola University in Chicago found that women wh drank two or more regular sodas a day were 86 percent more likely to show signs of kidney disease than those who sipped one or none.
The high levels of sugar and high-fructose corn syrup in the drinks can damage kidney tissue over time.
Therefore fellas, protect yourself by swapping regular soda for diet or seltzer.
