Bad Habit 4 : NOT TAKING TIME TO UNWIND.

= Stress causes the skin barrier function to weaken,making skin more susceptible to fine lines and acne.Learn to relax more!

Bad Habit 5 : YO-YO WEIGHT.

= Dieting can trigger breakouts as it weakens skin fibres.If you must go on a diet,consult a nutrionist.
