I wish for big and bigger changes for those who struggle to lose weight, to become beautiful and most importantly those who always fail to stick to plan in order to shed those jelly fat out of their body. Wow, that sounds spooky… lol … Print this Mission Statement out and stick next to the mirror you always use every morning be it in the bathroom. So, you can read and get hold to your mission.
